New Designers takes place at the Business Design Centre in Islington, the heart of North London.

With its rich history and strong connection to the design world, this spectacular venue has been the starting point for circa 100,000 New Designers, launching them into the professional world, with many becoming world famous design icons.

In 1861 the first foundation stone of the Business Design Centre, then The Agricultural Hall, was laid. Architect Frederick Peck created this Victorian landmark, which was greater in size than both its contemporaries at the time, Crystal Palace and Alexandra Palace, in just one year.
