Infinite variety of designs created by Surface Pattern and Textile Surface graduates.
Discover the infinite variety of designs displayed on stand T58 at New Designers 2010, where Staffordshire Universities Surface Pattern, and Textile Surface graduates present a confident collection of contemporary designs.
Certain to amaze are graphical interactive children’s wallpapers, inspired by ‘Lucy the goosey’ and friends, delicate embellished and screen-printed designs for baby girls with a folkloric narrative, a collection of hand stitched wall-canvas entitled ‘Charity shop Treasures’, eccentric insect wallpapers, and designs inspired by knit, op art geometrics, and English stately home’s.
Browsing through the diverse portfolio’s you will discover designs for furnishing fabrics, wall and floor coverings, children’s designs, decorative ceramic’s, stationary and greetings cards.
Trend and market aware our graduate designers are professional, creative and approachable. They possess strong drawing skills and, having experienced designing for a broad range of surfaces and products their individual portfolios contain design collections tailored for the commercial market.
