With over 180 of the UK’s leading design courses represented, school visits to New Designers can open your students’ eyes to the wide range of design courses available across the country.

School students and teachers are invited to come and view the very best in UK graduate design, talk directly to college tutors and graduates and find out more about the courses on offer in higher education.

Visiting Information

New Designers takes place at the Business Design Centre, London, which is located on the edge of Zone 1 in Islington.

The venue is a 5 minute walk away from Angel tube station.

Alternatively, coaches can pull up onto the forecourt at the front of the venue.

How to Book

Schools’ Day Tickets

  • Cost £10 each
  • For every 10 tickets booked, one teacher can attend free of charge.
  • A one-off £3.50 booking fee applies for the group.
  • Are available for Year 10-13 pupils, visiting as part of a supervised group of 6+.
  • Must be booked in advance and limited tickets are available.
  • Can be paid for by card at the time of booking, or an invoice can be raised for later payment by card or cheque.

Schools' Tours

In 2016 our engaging tours were led by undergraduate students from art and design courses who work as teaching assistants at The National Art&Design Saturday Club.

The sessions were designed to give your students an insight into studying art and design beyond A-level and catered for Year 10 and above.
