Muvone

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The Muvone concept is an interior for an autonomous single seat vehicle for public transport, that offers more privacy, flexibility and accessibility. It helps maintaining social distancing by transporting only one person and its interior is easy to clean as well, which helps to keep the interior virus free.

Ford wanted to challenge design graduates to come up with ideas for features, car designs (exterior and interior) or services which envisage future urban delivery and personal mobility in view of the “new norm”.

JUDGES COMMENTS:

As a smart vehicle for a smart world “muvone” sits closely with Ford’s human-centric approach to design, at a time when the vehicle is a preferred private space and personal health is more important than ever.
