Steve Cook combines ceramics, sustainable plastic and wood using both traditional crafts and digital techniques to create minimalist contemporary objects for the home.
'I create sculptural and usable objects for the home, working in ceramics, sustainable plastic and wood. I combine traditional crafts with newer tools such as CNC. I’m influenced by modernism, minimalism and the aesthetics of Japan and the Nordics. My work is about material juxtapositions, quiet harmony and hidden spaces.'
