NTU BA(Hons) Textile Design is extremely excited to be growing it's presence at New Designers this year, increasing it's floorspace to give further opportunity for our talented class of young designers to showcase their final year work.

The collections on view represent a revolutionary community of ambitious and forward-thinking creatives, crossing discipline boundaries to maximise the element of textile innovation both in practical and theoretical terms. Students have engaged with a variety of live projects and industry competitions aligning to their design interests and career aspirations to broaden their understanding of the evolving textile industry.

As agents of change, designing responsibly has never been more crucial, with all NTU students addressing sustainably in a personal way. Through championing positive mental health, designing for virtual worlds and increasing longevity through emotional durability. Our future thinking class of 2023 might have made it to the end of their degrees, but this is just the beginning…
