JEWELLERY AT NEW DESIGNERS

At New Designers we are lucky to have some of the UK’s top courses in Jewellery Design and Metalwork, including Birmingham City University, British Academy of Jewellery and Edinburgh College of Art to name just a few. Exhibitors present new and unique concepts every year, displaying impressive craftsmanship and creativity with both contemporary design and interpretations of traditional techniques in ways which celebrate individuality through works of art. We have worked with industry partners such as Stephen Webster, Hockley Mint and Diana Porter to provide Awards for the most innovative emerging jewellery designers exhibiting at the show.

New Designers is an annual exhibition that showcases emerging talent across various design disciplines. One of the areas of focus at New Designers is jewellery design, where visitors can discover the latest trends and innovative designs from up-and-coming designers. The jewellery design work on display at New Designers ranges from traditional to contemporary, with pieces that are made using a variety of materials, including precious metals, gems, and alternative materials such as plastics and textiles. In addition to the finished pieces, visitors can also observe the creative process behind the designs, as many of the designers showcase their sketches and prototypes.

The jewellery design work at New Designers offers a unique opportunity to discover new talents and appreciate the creativity and innovation that goes into designing wearable works of art.
