Swyn Anwyl, a furniture designer from rural North Wales, works immersed within a creative family who are passionate about sustainability and regenerative design. This gives Anwyl’s work a strong ethos of collaboration and community as she applies traditional furniture knowledge and archetypes to future scenarios. Swyn has recently graduated from Central Saint Martin’s MA Design [Furniture] course with a distinction through the launch of her Eryri collection. Swyn’s 'Eryri' collection investigates Welsh Identity, the rugged landscape of Eryri and traditional Welsh furniture and how it might be celebrated within everyday domestic furniture.
